I've been using Eli's Construction Ltd. since moving to Cobourg 4 years ago. My latest project that Eli undertook was building a detached double garage with a breezeway attached to the house. The project was constructed using a full ICF build, quite impressive, especially the fact that the entire garage can be heated with a mini space heater.
