ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our clients purchased a home close to the Cobourg Beach that was built in 1849 but wanted to start from scratch and build their dream home.

We started this project by demolishing the existing home and started on their new custom ICF home.

OUR FAVOURITE PART OF THIS BUILD

On the day of delivery, our clients were so ecstatic that they wanted us to celebrate with them by having a shot of tequila in their brand new, beautiful home. Our favourite part is always seeing the excitement for our clients when we hand over their keys.
